Part five in this series is a 12-minute exercise in mobility. Using some of what you learned in part four, Liz leads you a little deeper to increase the flexibility and strength of the hips and spine. 


Pilates Variations is an introduction to fundamental exercises to build strength and progress your practice. Each practice/video builds on the skills learned in the previous one. As your familiarity with the choreography grows, your stamina increases. The series culminates with an invigorating full-body practice incorporating all we’ve built together. Enjoy!
