Frequently Asked Questions

How do I change or reset my password?

Change Password: Once signed into your account, you can change your password by clicking Profile at the
top right. Select Dashboard. Under Private Info, click on Change Password. Enter your
current password, then your new password. Click Save Changes.


Password Reset: On the Sign In page, click Forgot Password?, enter the email associated with your
account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox
shortly. In the instruction email, click Reset Password and you will be directed to select a
new password before being redirected to the catalog page.

How do I update my billing information?

Once signed into your account, you can update your billing information by clicking
Profile at the top right. Then select Purchases. Under Payment Method, click on Change
Payment Method to update your billing information.


If you signed up through the iOS or Android app stores, you'll need to change your payment method with the respective store you signed up with. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

Once signed into your account, you can cancel your subscription by clicking Profile at
the top right. Then select Purchases. Click on Cancel Membership then follow the on-
screen prompts.


If you signed up through the iOS or Android app store, you'll need to cancel your subscription through the respective store. 

What is the Refund Policy?

Why is my credit card being declined?

Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined,
please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to
make is valid.

Why am I encountering playback issues?

With the nature of technology, there could be several different causes for playback issues when viewing streaming content online. 


Here are some initial steps we recommend taking:

  1. Check your internet connection. A slow internet speed can impact your video playback.

  2. Check your device. Make sure it is up-to-date with all recent software updates.

  3. Check your App for any updates available. 

  4. Restart your device and internet. If you're on a Wi-Fi network, restart your modem and router.
